Co.Pe.Mo. mainly sells molluscs collected by its members, especially clams, mussels and sea snails. It also provides for the marketing of dredge fishing and some small-scale fishermen. In particular, the Cooperative is responsible for:

• fish product trade
• restaurant supplies
• fish product supplies for retailers
• fish product processing
